The TriStar organisers did a great job in offering us such a nice race, the atmosphere was very friendly, the courses were well selected, in short, I got everything I was hoping for in triathlon!

We have a wonderful time, in spite of the gloomy weather. For our first TriStar Relay experience, it was an unforgettable one. We will not miss the 2012 event ! We would like the thanks the Staff Team of TriStar Lyon for their professionalism!

It's been 2 years now since I had not entered a triathlon, this year I renewed my license in Velizy (78). TriStar Lyon was the perfect event to restart the competition in the sport. Thank you to the organisation team and volunteers who took care of us. A huge congratulation to them, considering the crazy weather condition they still kept their enthusiasm and their good humour. I found the bike course lovely and the run course very nice too! I would like to give a high five for the energy station (bars, gels, fuits...) In short, as you can see from the photo (from Cyril and me) we had so much FUN! After TriStar55.5… the next step is a beautiful TriStar111 in 2012!

It was my first ever triathlon: the 55.5 was an ideal distance to start the sport. It’s better than a really "short distance". The TriStar55.5 was the perfect opportunity for me. I am really satisfied with the organisation. I found the staff team very friendly and very helpful!

Our two teams "Just for Fun" and "Have fun" took a lot of pleasure and FUN on all 3 courses! With Nicolas, we completed the first 2 stages: swimming and cycling before handing over to the girls who finished with courage the first TriStar Lyon!

The Lyon TriStar Triathlon was without doubt the best event I have ever participated in! The organisation was superb with encouragement from all the volunteers. The bike course was amazing and the atmosphere amongst the competitors very friendly. Now for the next one!

Great organisation, nice atmosphere and a lovely volunteers team ! An outstanding success for the first TriStar in the Gaules’ capital. The Bike course was pretty selective, i burned many calories but it gave me a lot af pleasure from the start to the Finish Line. I am looking forward to the 2012 edition, with the hope to this time finish the 111 course. Again A big thank-you and congratulations to all the team !

This first TriStar Lyon will remain in my memory as a good lesson of triathlon. The bike course, highly technical and in the rain, completely drained me! During the 10 kilometers of running, I feel I was going to stop! I had to push deep in my reserves in orde to get the beautiful medal. But I did it! I am very very happy!

Thanks to TriStar I was able to realize a dream that I kept buried for 20 years: to participate in a triathlon. I always thought it was not for me because of the swimming part but again, the organization was perfect. I am really happy with the result of my first triathlon. A new adventure is starting for me in this discipline. See you next year, with new ambitions and some sun ;-)
